These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.myhenriz.com, including the purchase of products, access to digital publications, submission of enquiries and use of services offered through the website.

The website is principally operated by Henriz Creative Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. Publishing, printing and related fulfilment activities are undertaken by Henriz Press Limited, also registered in Nigeria, as applicable.

Throughout these Terms, "Henriz", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the relevant Henriz company providing the product or service.

By placing an order or otherwise entering into a transaction with Henriz, you agree to the applicable terms presented to you. Your use of the website is also subject to the provisions concerning lawful access, intellectual property and website security.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Products and Services

​

Henriz offers products and services through three principal business areas:

 

Creative: Graphic design, branding, packaging design, architectural visualisation, digital content, generative AI and related creative services.

 

Press: Printing, publishing, prepress, book production, digital publications and related services.

 

Merchandise: Clothing, accessories, art prints, lifestyle products and other merchandise.

Products and services may be added, modified or discontinued without prior notice, subject to existing contractual obligations.

Professional services may require separate quotations, project agreements or statements of work.

3. Product Information and Availability

 

We endeavour to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions and pricing.

However, minor variations in colour, appearance, texture or presentation may occur because of differences in screens, printing processes, materials and production methods.

 

Such variations do not exclude customers' rights where a product is defective or materially different from its description.

 

Products may be manufactured or fulfilled by Henriz or authorised third-party partners.

 

Availability is subject to production capacity, supplier availability and other operational considerations.

 

We reserve the right to correct genuine listing errors, subject to applicable consumer laws and the rights of customers with confirmed orders.

 

4. Prices and Currency

 

Unless otherwise stated, prices on the Henriz website are charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

 

Where a currency converter is available, prices displayed in other currencies are indicative estimates for convenience and do not change the website's NGN checkout currency.

International customers may be charged currency conversion fees or other charges by their card issuer or payment provider.

​

Product prices generally exclude delivery charges, customs duties and applicable import taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping charges and other amounts payable through Henriz will be disclosed during checkout before payment.

We may change product prices from time to time. Price changes will not ordinarily affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by applicable law.

5. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted when Henriz confirms acceptance or commences fulfilment, as communicated through the relevant order process.

An automated acknowledgement of order receipt does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Payments are processed through supported payment providers, including Paystack.

​

Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation.

​

We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, material pricing errors or product unavailability, subject to applicable law.

Where Henriz cancels a paid order, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

6. Production and Fulfilment

Many Henriz products are produced on demand.

​

International paperback books may be printed and fulfilled through Lulu Direct.

​

Clothing, accessories and selected canvas art prints may be produced and fulfilled through Printful.

​

Selected books and canvas art prints may be produced locally through Henriz Press Limited or authorised production partners.

​

Production methods, specifications, prices and delivery arrangements may differ between local and internationally fulfilled editions.

​

Customers should review the relevant product listing before placing an order.

​

7. Shipping and Delivery

​

Shipping availability, costs and estimated delivery periods depend on the product, quantity, fulfilment location and delivery destination.

​

Production time and shipping transit time are separate and may vary.

​

Orders containing products from different fulfilment partners may be shipped separately and may attract separate delivery charges.

​

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise.

​

International customs duties, import taxes and related charges may be payable by the customer, except where otherwise stated or required by law.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

​

Many physical products are manufactured specifically to fulfil customer orders.

​

Accordingly, voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer selections or similar reasons are generally unavailable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customers retain their statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.

​

Eligible customers may also have statutory cancellation rights, including certain rights under UK and EU consumer protection laws.

The fact that a product is printed or produced after an order is placed does not automatically exempt it from applicable cancellation rights.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. Digital Products and eBooks

Digital publications and other downloadable products are supplied electronically.

​

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use purchased digital content for personal purposes, unless otherwise specified.

Purchasing an eBook does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

​

Customers must not unlawfully reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload or commercially exploit digital publications.

Where applicable law provides cancellation rights for digital content, any loss of those rights following immediate delivery will apply only where the necessary express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements have been satisfied.

Defective or inaccessible digital products will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property ownership, licensing, source-file delivery, revision allowances and permitted use of commissioned work will be determined by the applicable project agreement and relevant law.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to Henriz do not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.

Henriz may decline work that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right a consumer may have to seek remedies before a competent court, regulator or dispute-resolution body under applicable law.
